Q. How do I make a purchase/ place an order?

It is very easy to place an order at thomsonbakeryandrestaurant.com

Browse our products by clicking on any of the product categories.

Once you have found a product you want to buy, click on it, select your product with quantity and click on the 'ADD TO CART’ button next to each product.

Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' icon at the top right of the page. You can use the 'MOVE' link under the product image to delete items from your shopping bag.

Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. 

Q. Do I need to create an account for placing an order?

No, you can choose to checkout as a guest. However, signing up/ creating an account is easy. This enables thomsonbakeryandrestaurant.com to serve you better.

Q. Can I add items to an existing order?

It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order if you have clicked on ‘CHECKOUT’. If you would like all your items to be delivered together that comes under different orders, you will need to inform us via a phone call/ email. 

Q. What is the Maximum weight allocated per order, per transaction?

As we are calculating the shipping weight of products that is indicated on each product and some product's quantity is calculated as per number.

Q. How will I know that you have received my order & when will the payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from CCAVENUE (the payment gateway we use in our website). The payment is deducted from your card after you submit your card details and checkout. In the rare instance that any of the items you ordered is not available, we will contact you by email and will reimburse the value of the item.

We accept credit, debit cards and Net Banking.

All taxes are a part of the prices you see on the site. What you see is what you pay.   

PACKAGING & SHIPPING 

Q. What Are Your Shipping Charges?

 We deliver products ordered through website free of cost within 3 kms from our nearest retail outlets. Beyond 3 kms  we will charge Rs.30 per kilometer for distance after the first free 3kms. 

Q. How does thomsonbakeryandrestaurant.com ship products?

We do shipping/ delivery of the product on our own. we don't have a third party to deliver products. 

Q. Can My Billing Address And Shipping Address Be Different?

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, thomsonbakeryandrestaurant.com does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses, land mark with the postal code / zip code. 

Q. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery times. In case it’s an emergency please contact us via phone or mail for assistance. 

Q. What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Your order will be delivered to you in our branded boxes.

Q. What if I forget my password?

Q. How do I change my username or email address & settings?

You can go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ by clicking your ‘NAME’ in the top right corner of the browser. In the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ section you can edit your name, email address etc.. Alternatively you can send us an email on thomson.baker@yahoo.com
